The SPA resort is located in the suburb of town Vinogradov, it’s 100km from Uzhgorod and 65 km railway station Mukachevo.

The SPA resort has his own history. It was built in 1981 and functioned as pioneer camp, but later was overprofilated in SPA resort.

In August of 2005 SPA resort «Teplitsa» resume his work after full-scale reconstruction and renovation of material resources.

Nowadays it’s a modern, comfortable health resort on 180 bunks. Main natural-medical factors of the resort are thermal and mineral waters.

Sanatorium-and-spa treatment is realized on orthopedy and traumatology, neurology, cardiology, pulmonology and gastroenterology (License on medical practice series AB № 202854, by Ministry of Health of Ukraine from 06.07.2005).

SPA resort is a patient care institution of high category which confirm an accreditation certificate № 3584 from 5 of October 2005.

SPA resort occupy a territory more than 11 hectare. Here there are permanently blossoming flower-beds and shady paths; fountain and pictorially developed  cozy nooks for rest recreating originality of Carpathian culture of past centuries; sports grounds and open air pool, playground and even mountains rivulet Salba springing from mountians and flows into the Tisa.

The climate is mild. An average annual temperature is +10,5°С, average temperature in July +19-20° С, in January  -3-4° С. Summer and autumn are warm and prolonged. First frost starts only in November. Annual quantity of precipitations is 700-800mm, average annual relative humidity 75-80%.

According to climatic zoning the resort Teplitsa belong to very warm (total annual temperature is 26-30°С). Quantity of light hours is about 2000 per year.
